HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Stainless steel

All of our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof. For extra care, we recommend avoiding contact with chemicals and perfumes to ensure a longer-lasting shine.

Sterling silver

All of our sterling silver jewelry is plated with 18k gold. This means that if it gets wet regularly, it's normal for the color to fade and the silver color to begin to show through. To maintain the durability of your gold plating, we recommend not getting it wet.

SHIPPING

All shipments are made weekly on Mondays and Thursdays (except holidays) and take 48-72 hours (working days) to reach their destination. Shipments to Spain* Shipments are made as soon as possible. Once you receive the tracking code, the package becomes the responsibility of Correos, and therefore, in case of any incident, it is necessary to contact them.

Shipping to Spain is free for purchases over €40.
For purchases under this amount, shipping costs €3.95.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and they must send the products to the address provided by email to shop.ateneajewerly@gmail.com. Products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued until the product has been received and verified as in order.

If you wish to return the item, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive it.
